Henry S. Belden, IV
Henry S. ("Chic") Belden, IV has over 40 years of experience in the formation and management of both privately and publicly-held companies. During his career, he has positively influenced numerous businesses and individuals as an executive, entrepreneur, and private investor. Mr. Belden is best known for his oil and gas activities, where he built Belden and Blake Corporation from a small oil and gas company into a publicly held company prior to its sale to Texas Pacific group in 1997.
Mr. Belden and his wife, Barbara, support numerous charities and he continues to be an active member of the World Presidents Organization. Mr. Belden is an avid outdoorsman and divides time among homes in Ohio, Oregon, and Florida.
Nigel J. Lovett
Nigel Lovett brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and resources to the firm, our clients, and invested companies. Mr. Lovett began his career as a chartered accountant with Price Waterhouse in London. In 1972, he joined Lehman Brothers and spent the next 35 years as an investment banker in New York and Tokyo. More recently, Mr. Lovett served as president and CEO for a NASDAQ listed energy company, which had operations in France, Hungary, Romania and Turkey.
Mr. Lovett lives in Monterey, California with his wife, Jinah, where he continues to be active in investment and charitable activities.
Todd A. Lensman
Todd Lensman has over 25 years of forming, structuring, operating, and advising private ventures and serves as the firm's Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lensman is an attorney and Certified Public Accountant who holds Law, Masters of Taxation, and Accounting degrees from the University of Akron, and an LL.M in Taxation from Case Western University. He has also completed the NASD Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 examinations. He lectures and writes on a variety of business and taxation matters, and spends his time developing business acquisition, expansion, succession, investment, and divestiture strategies.
Mr. Lensman and his wife, Debbie, live in North Canton, Ohio with their children, Kelsey and Todd II.
